iacat 2020 AGM goes to Galway - European City of Culture MEMBERS ONLY

The iacat AGM is a wonderful opportunity to network with members and hear about developments within our organisation.

This year the IACAT council have decided to take its AGM to the European City of Culture - Galway - as a source of cultural inspiration and a family friendly environment.
We are directly answering to feedback that some members find it difficult to attend the AGM due to family commitments. This way members can book a mini break with family and attend the AGM. The Galway Bay Hotel is situated in Salthill and right on the beach with lots of local amenities, allowing members to attend the AGM while partners/husbands/wives/ children enjoy the local attractions.
The Galway Bay Hotel is directly on the Wild Atlantic Way and is a five minute drive to Galway City, there is a local bus service that runs every 20 mins located in front of the hotel (401 Bus).
An informal evening of networking will be arranged on Friday May 8th from 9pm for any members who wish to stay the night before.
10 rooms Friday night have been provisionally set aside under IACAT Members on a first come first served basis at €135 single rate. €156 double. Children 0-3 free / children 4-12 add €26 per night / 13-16 years is €37 extra per night. Free parking.
Please mention IACAT to reception at the time of booking to receive this discounted rate. Members should book soon as they will release 50% of non-booked held rooms 8 weeks before event. 10th of april is final room held release date.

There is no entry fee for this full day event but booking is essential.
