In these times of restrictions and limitations how can we release what's inside into the creative process? How can what's released become colour, shape, sounds, movements, textures, words, stories and expressions. How can the creative experience be used to regenerate?
Following on from the past 2 years successful Symposium, in person in IMMA in 2019 and over zoom in 2020, we are meeting once more in the online sphere that has become so familiar. A day of experiential workshops across all creative arts therapy modalities for professionals, service users and the public curious to know more about our work.
