In the event of an attendee seeking to cancel a booking the following refund policy applies:
All cancellation requests must be received in writing to admin@iacat.ie
In the unlikely occurrence of an event cancellation, IACAT will refund payments received directly to the card of the purchaser of the ticket only.
IACAT will not, however, refund any costs incurred as a result of a cancellation or provide any additional sums by way of compensation.
IACAT reserves the right to cancel any event or change event times and dates. This includes changes to speakers, content and programme. Should an Event be postponed there is no automatic entitlement to a refund of the ticket price nor will IACAT compensate for any additional expenditure of the ticket holder due to this postponement.
IACAT reserves the right to use any photograph, video, electronic reproduction and audiotape taken at any IACAT event, without the express written permission of those included. IACAT may use such media material in publications, used or contracted by IACAT, including but not limited to: brochures, journals, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, social media, etc. If you do not wish to be included in any photos or videos, please inform the photographer on the day of the event.
The presenters are commissioned by a committee based on the educational merit of the topic in question and the presenters’ professional reputation and qualifications.The views, thoughts, and opinions expressed by the presenter belong solely to the presenter and do not necessarily reflect the views or position of the IACAT.
